The cables between the soundbar and the input devices are firmly connected, and the power adapter is also connected to a working power source.The LED indicator of the adapter lights up, and the LED indicator in the middle of the soundbar.

Q2: No sound or cracking noise

Check that all cables are connected correctly.Press Mute on the remote control to make sure the soundbar is not muted.Press Volume+ on the remote control or on the right side of the soundbar.Make sure you have selected the correct input source on your remote and the LED lights up accordingly.If you’re using Bluetooth, check if the sound on your device is below the minimum volume.When using Optical, check that the audio output of your device (TV/Cable Box/Projector/etc.) is set to PCM or turn off Dolby/dts.If you are using a wired connection, make sure that your device has an audio output (not an input).

Q4: I hear a humming or humming
