If the screen signal is poor or flickering, please ensure that you only use the included adapter to operate the monitor. When using other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flashes, please replace the HDMI cable for testing.
Please check if the Type-C port of your PC/laptop supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt 3). If not, you will need a “Type-C to HDMI” adapter for signal transmission.
If there is no signal or power-saving mode, please switch the Type-C cable head to the other side and reconnect the monitor.
The monitor is turned on in default power-saving mode. (Note: There is no save function in sleep mode and it needs to be manually turned off.)
This 16 inch portable monitor does not have a built-in battery or touch screen function, so you cannot charge it. You cannot touch it, just connect and start.
