How do I make sure the Noise Cancelling is working properly?
Make sure you are using the correct sized earbuds, then check they are fitted properly. After gently pushing the ear tips into the ear, you can test if they are fitted correctly with the guide found in the Headphones Connect app.
What is included in the box?
Earbuds, charging case, spare earbud tips and USB-C cable.
How do I pair to Bluetooth?
When pairing the device for the first time, simply opening the lid of charging case will put it into pairing mode. If you want to pair to other devices put earbuds in charging case, then open the lid and press/hold the pairing button for ~5 seconds.
