Please check your microphone settings. Your Razer Kraken Micro may not work because it is disabled or not set as the default device on your computer. Or the microphone volume is set to a very low value so that it cannot record your sound clearly. It is also possible that the audio drivers are updated. Your Razer Kraken headset’s mic will not work if you are using an incorrect or outdated headset or audio driver. So you need to update the driver to see if that fixes the problem
