Q: Why doesn’t the monitor screen light up or go to sleep after connecting a mobile phone/laptop?

Q: How to attach the PU leather cover of the monitor?
A: 1. Remove the PU leather case and the included screws; 2. Place the screws toward the mounting holes on the back of the monitor and hand-tighten them. NOTE: The smooth side of the PU leather case faces out, and the side with the support grooves faces in.
Q: Why does the monitor turn on and then turn off? / Why does the monitor’s speaker make noise when the power is connected?
A: 1. Check that the power supply is connected to the wrong Type-C port on the monitor. The monitor has three Type-C ports, one of which is a fully functional Type-C port for power and signal transmission, please connect this port to power the monitor.
