DO NOT remove the plastic disc at the end of the tip, or the tip won’t work.

This pen cannot be used for programs or APPs where fingers are not available. If the pen does not work in certain applications, such as Notes/GoodNotes/Noteself/Onenote/Notability/Noteful/Sketches/Sketchbook/Linea Sketch/Procreate/Vectornator/Paper/Nebo/Concepts/Prodrafts/Painter/Notes Writer/Pages, you can search the youtube account: MekoTech Stylus to help you solve the problems. We have provided instructional videos demonstrating the setup steps for 19 commonly used apps.

This super thick hardened film can affect the sensitivity of the pen.

Due to the material of the disc is conductive hard plastic, before using the stylus on your device, please make sure both the device screen and the disc are clean, dirt can catch onto the disc which may result in reduced sensitivity, and in some cases may even scratch your screen.

Normally our stylus won’t cause scratches on the touch screen, but we still suggest you to use a screen protector on your device to protect the screen from any possible damage/scratches which may be caused by dirt on disc/screen, damaged tips or defective products of low probability.

If you suspect that your disc has been damaged in any way, discontinue use. A damaged disc may scratch the screen. Please replace it with a new disc.
