1,There is enough power of the HDD, otherwise pls use the micro-USB to charge it unless there is full power of the hard drive.
2, Download the right app”Photo Bank” from the App Store and give the authorization to the access to your iPhone/iPad.
3,Make sure your Apple devices iOS 10 above.
4,Check the format of the iPhone hard drive is “EXFAT” if it’s not ,pls use the computer to format it with EXFAT.
