You can also charge the monitor with both of the two type c ports. If it doesn’t charge via the type c, it’s because that the device connected doesn’t have enough power, you can use a power bank (above 5v 3a) to charge the monitor via Type C.Both of the Type C ports can charge the monitor, but for data transmission, only the one, which is next to the MINI HDMI works.

To connect with your Android Phones:

Cable needed: MINI HDMI(monitor) to HDMI(PC/Laptop).If your laptop has a USB 3.0 port, then you can power the monitor with your laptop.If your laptop doesn’t have large power, then you need to use our original adapter to charge the monitor.To get the touchscreen function: Extra Cable Needed: Type C (monitor/ the type c port next to the HDMI) to USB A (Windows System Laptop).
