1.Please read the User’s Manual carefully before use.
2.The new released Windows system have discontinued the internal DVD media player software, customer using Windows 10/11 and above are advised to Install “VLC Media player ” to play DVD and CD.
3.Please hook up the CD burner to the direct USB C or USB port on your computer. If you connect it to a USB hub or extension cords,it maybe can’t recognize the Driver.
4.For the desktops, please connect the external CD drive to the USB port of the motherboard for normal use.
5.For Mac OS computer, when we plug the drive into Mac in the correct way,there is nothing showing on the desktop,after we insert a disc inside the DVD drive, that will be a disk icon shows on the desktop.
6.The SD card and TF card can’t use at the same time,only choose one to work for you. Each of them can work well with the 2 USB ports at the same time.
