Q1: How do I download the APP?
A1: You can download through google play store or Firefox browser, it will jump to Google play, but both need to sign in to Google account,you can sign in to your already registered google account or register a google account in your browser first before downloading the required application；

A5:Please make sure you turn on the box, plug the HDMI Cable tie and plug HDMI Cable into the corrected HDMI Port of TV?
Q6:How should i do the remote/mini keyboard not work?
A6:Please make sure you input the battaries in Remote and input it right.It is IR control,don’t hide the box behind be or blocked by something,keep it in 5 meters between remote and tv box.If the mini keyboard can’t control the box,please check if you plug the Signal receiver into the box.you can find Signal receiver in the back of keyboard which to place batteries.
