Accsoon CineView HE is a wireless HDMI dual-band camera transmitter and receiver kit with a new USB-C port on the receiver for direct live streaming (UVC).

CineView HE wireless transmitter and receiver system can be powered via a DC connection (7.4V to 16.8V) and an NP-F (NP-F550/750/970) and provides 12 hours of power for your continuous shooting with the NP-F970 battery. This time, you can even power CineView HE with a USB-C interface (at least 5V/2A). Provides even more comfort and flexibility for your shots.

F. The receiver cannot connect to the transmitter
1. Please make sure the transmitter and receiver are set to the same group.
2. Please check whether the antennas are firmly mounted.
F. No video shown
1. Please check that the HDMI cable of the camera is properly plugged into the HDMI IN port of the transmitter.
2. Please check whether the video format and other information is displayed on the display surface; if not, please check the HDMI cable and check if the HDMI port of the camera has a video output.
3. Please check whether the HDMI video format of the camera is compatible with the formats supported by the product.
F. Chopped video
1. Please check whether the antennas are firmly mounted.
2. Please make sure there are no metals or cables around the antennas that can cause signal blocking.
3. Please switch manually to another channel.
F. Mobile devices cannot connect to CineView HE
CineView HE has two Wi-Fi signals, one with 2.4G and the other with 5G. Please confirm that the mobile devices are connected to “Accsoon_****”.
F. The app does not find the latest firmware
1. Please check if your mobile device’s Wi-Fi connection can access the Internet properly.2. Please check if the mobile device has automatically connected to the WiFi signal of the CineView HE. In this case, switch to another WiFi connection that can properly access the Internet and try again.
